Well everyone, alot more work has been done on the site and it is just about complete.  We are officially filed with the state as of March 29, and are a legal nonprofit corporation, called Puppies with a purpose, Inc.  The next step is to submit papers to the IRS to obtain 501 3(c) status.  Our first board meeting will be held on April 30th.  I have posted the organization on volunteer match with hopes of recruiting individuals to help out and we are in pending status on idealist.org.
